Subject:	Win2012 Disable ServerManager Launch for all users

Found a fix to disable automatic launching of Server Manager upon Login for all users:

Launch MMC.exe and select File -> Add/Remove Snap-in, choose Group Policy and local computer and 
click ok. 
From the Group policy snap-in, navigate to  
 
Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Server Manager. 
 
There you will find 3 settings for Server Manager, one of it is the auto launch of Server Manager. Look for 
“DoNotOpenServerManagerAtLogon”
A value of 1 (or Enabled) means you are setting this on so no auto launch will happen.
